Cancellation Policy
🌿 Booking Policy To keep things running smoothly and ensure every client receives the best care, here’s how appointments are managed at Barbara Pabis Clinical Nutrition: 📅 Scheduling Your Appointment Appointments can be booked up to 2 months in advance. Please allow at least 24 hours’ notice when booking. 📧 Confirmation & Contact Bookings are confirmed via email. Make sure to provide a valid email address and phone number for updates. 🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. Changes made after this window may result in a fee or loss of deposit. 💳 Deposits & Payments Service require a full payment to secure your spot. Payments are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of your session. 🚫 No-Shows Missed appointments without prior notice will be charged in full. 🌍 Time Zone Awareness All appointments are scheduled in British Summer Time (BST). If you’re booking from outside the UK, please double-check your local time.(For patients booking online sessions)
